Terms & Conditions
1. This card is for use at Minshull’s Nursery/ Garden Centre, Eardswick Lane, Crewe, CW1 4RQ It cannot be used in any of Minshull’s concessions.
2. These terms and conditions set out the terms on which you can join the scheme, earn points.
3. By signing this application form you agree to join the scheme and accept these terms
4. Your name, full postal address, email address, date of birth and signature must be provided for the card to be registered. Applicants must be aged 16 or over and must have a resident UK, Channel Island or Isle of Man address. Minshull’s has the right to refuse an application at its sole discretion,
5. Your card is issued by, and remains the property of Minshull’s. It must be re- turned to Minshull’s on request or destroyed when no longer valid for use.
6. You may terminate your card at any time in which case all points on the card shall be lost.
7. You are responsible for the security of your card. If the card is lost, damaged or stolen please contact Minshull’s on 01270 522482 immediately. Minshull’s is not responsible for any unauthorised use of the card.
8. Any card issued is personal to the person whose personal details were submitted with the registration. A card and any points on it are non- transferable, and can only be used by the registered cardholder.
9. Employees have the right to choose to claim points or our agreed staff discount rate.
10. To collect points you must present your card at the till at the time of purchase or within 30 days of the date of purchase, with a valid receipt. You cannot claim points for purchases made before you applied for an account.
11. Points cannot be claimed on Gift Vouchers. Minshull’s have the right to allow other products to be exempt from receiving points.
12. You will usually receive 3 Points for every £1.00 spent in store. These rates can be altered at Minshull’s discretion on reasonable notice. Minshull’s reserves the right to give such notice via post, email or our website. Minshull’s may also display notices detailing variation to the points earning ratio in store. The number of points issued may vary between qualifying purchases.
13. Minshull’s reserve the right to offer and terminate bonus points on certain products for a selected at our discretion and for a set length of time.
14. Minshull’s reserves the right to vary the rates at any time on reasonable notice. All points awarded and all remaining vouchers issued have no monetary value.
15. Vouchers and points are personal to you, non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
16. Data Protection
Your personal data will only be used by Minshull’s Garden Centre to offer you information on promotions and events or contact you regarding an order you may have placed.
We will not share your information with any third parties. You have a right to opt out of this at point of joining the scheme.
